To become a member of the NJSLA you will need to fill out the Membership Application below. Please review Article III of the bylaws or click on the application to review the types of membership tiers available. Below the application is the annual dues by membership type.

| Dues Shall be assessed as follows: | |||
| a) Wholesale Broker/Agents | $350.00 annually | ||
| b) Underwriting Managers | $350.00 annually | ||
| c) Company | $350.00 annually | ||
| d) Broker/Agents | $250.00 annually | ||
| e) Non-Resident Broker/Agents | $250.00 annually | ||
| e) Associates | $200.00 annually | ||
Dues shall be pro-rated for members in b), c), d) & e) above who join after April 1.
